Enabling Celebrations on the go

from taking orders to delivering it.

Analytical Summary

Ferns N Petals wanted to simplify the way their customers ordered from them, and we helped them actualize it with the help of voice technology. Using Alexa, we integrated voice technology in their website by which the end-user could place orders for cakes, gifts, and more, from anywhere in the middle of their busy schedules.

Know our Client

Founded in 1994, Ferns N Petals, one of India’s biggest gifting solutions providers, is known for aiding customers in celebrating their special moments by delivering them with cakes, flowers, and gifts. It is the largest florist chain with its franchisees across the world.

Note their Pain Points

Ferns N Petals created beautiful flowers and cakes that completed celebrations. However, they couldn’t be available to customers during their busy schedules due to the lack of user-friendliness in opening the website for placing orders.

Hear in their Solutions

They proposed to make their application voice-friendly by which their customers could order their favorite flowers and cakes even while they’re getting late to the office.

Discover our Specifics

Using Alexa’s voice technology, we helped Ferns N Petals to take orders by receiving voice commands. In this process, the end-user had to configure their Ferns N Petals account with Alexa, after which they could simply place the order using voice commands. After every specification, the user gets to re-approve their choice, and once all the requirements are provided, Alexa reads out the complete order details to the user for final confirmation. Once the user confirms the same through their voice command, the order is placed and delivered to the said location. With this initiative, their customers no longer had to sit down with their phones or laptops to place an order for their loved ones. We integrated voice technology in their application to ease the process of ordering cakes, flowers, and gifts from their website.

Synergizing Data from across the World

from data collection to statistic submission.

Analytical Summary

KASSANDRABLOG called up for a solution to interpret complicated and inaccessible data in a comprehensible manner. We collected data from various sources, analyzed them, and exhibited them graphically. We built visualizations of some major concerns of life including climatic change, natural resources, health, and economy. We took accessible public data and provided them with data analysis, datasets, and infographics on topical topics.

Know our Client

KASSANDRABLOG is an Italian company birthed by a group of people working for Growing Power. Our client offers useful resources to readers, bloggers, online publications, and journalists. In a defined time, they examine inequalities in food & water consumption, infant mortality, education, and work. They make analysis accessible and understandable to the common people.

Note their Pain Points

Finding data for world population, pollution, and COVID case altogether were the challenge pursued by KASSANDRABLOG. They needed sources providing detailed stats and reports for the same.

Hear in their Solutions

They proposed a solution wherein we, at DataVizz, had to collect and process data from the backend.

Discover our Specifics

We built an automated chain by creating a service wherein the data of world Covid cases, Italy Covid cases, world population, Italy population, world pollution, and Italy pollution, were automatically updated in our database. Using that database, we provided the statistics as per their requirements with graphs. We found everyday Covid details for them and created a detailed statistical report for their website.

We also maintained their cloud, including the database, website deployment, and AWS maintenance. We built a monitoring tool by which we could monitor everything.

Bridging Gaps to Create an Efficient System

from promising to processing.

Analytical Summary

Egnyte created a system wherein when any file is uploaded, it detects the risk associated and provides the details of the same. We had to create a flow in that system and structure it. We filled in the gaps and helped them create one such efficient system to identify the files that are vulnerable to take the necessary precautions. We delivered them with a complete system they were looking for.

Know our Client

Egnyte is a comprehensive platform combining governance and data-centric security. It monitors the content risks including, accidental data deletion, privacy compliance, etc., while providing businesses with the essential tools to work efficiently from anywhere.

Note their Pain Points

Egnyte had the API, but they lacked the right source for processing the backend of their system, due to which they couldn’t integrate that API into the system in order to get the final result.

Hear in their Solutions

Egnyte proposed to create an efficient system to classify the files uploaded based on their vulnerability or risk level.

Discover our Specifics

Using AWS, we created a step function in their system wherein we defined various steps. The first step included the first and last name of the end-user, their company name, their email address, and the epoch time, which will be entered into our database. This step was termed Initialization. In the second step, we checked the number of files, processed them further, and differentiated the sensitive files from them. The content of the files is then checked against their policies to check if they match. If it matches, the files are rated accordingly. We received an email for the existence or non-existence of sensitive files and sent it to the customer.

Along with the client’s API, we used the Lambda function and step function.

Paving System for India’s Core Banking

from decoding to delivering.

Analytical Summary

Airtel is a third-party software; we matched the list of messages with the SMS templates, filtered out the fraudulent messages, and let the right messages pass through our security system by adding a pre-registered ID per message. Our system identified the qualified messages that must reach the audience.

Know our Client

Airtel or say Bharti Airtel is one of the ruling global telecommunications companies. With over 403 million subscribers, 11 crore broadband connections, 99.45% active subscriber base, Airtel is undoubtedly among the top 3 telecom operators in India.

Note their Pain Points

The TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), to detain fraudulent transactions took the initiative to pre-register all the promotional/ transactional SMS templates with a central portal and authorize only those transactions that matched the pre-registered template. The Core Banking Systems identified a need for a system that enables them to read the incoming transactions and qualify the message with the pre-registered ID.

Hear in their Solutions

A system that could identify incoming messages, compare them with a pre-fed list of templates, run a Natural Language Processing, qualifies a template that matches the existing cached list of templates, and provide an ID matching with the central portal registered with the regulatory.

Discover our Specifics

Our system could identify incoming messages, compare them with a pre-fed list of templates, run a Natural Language Processing, qualify a template that matches the existing cached list of templates, and provide an ID matching with the central portal registered with the regulatory.

We built and delivered a robust system that processes requests for more than 80 banks, identifying templates as well as processing more than 10 million requests each month with a success ratio of over 98%. Our solution had its share of unique challenges that needed us to deploy the same microservices architecture on an on-premise setup. We decided to opt for an active load balancing setup where the Core banking Systems were load-sharing income traffic of two nodes.
